Cry of the Earth is a recently revised, large-scale choral/orchestral piece (75 minutes), for Narrators, Soloists, SATB Chorus and Extended Orchestra which deals with the most important issue of our lives – climate change and the environment.

Premiered was in 1990 with the Quaker Festival Orchestra and Chorus, conducted by John Hywel, the work has subsequently been broadcast and heard in concert halls in the Netherlands and around Britain
